Hooray, Ruth Anne! When I saw you were the first to be published through the Substack platform, I thought you were the perfect author to set the tone of the Substack and the content that will follow it. What a beautiful story! Well done and congratulations!
I love this story so much! Ruth Anne did a fantastic job writing such a compelling and beautiful story 💕🥰 I love the characters so much and the romance and the hopeful messages. It was amazing! 🤩
Very exciting to see the students work here! .. fyi when publishing posts you may want to change author of post in the Substack editor to the actual student author you tagged and/or add pic in Substack settings in editor, so it shows up in notes accordingly. DM for specifics.
Lovely story— I got interrupted while reading just when the fire started in Aunt Mamie’s house and couldn’t wait to get back to find out what happened. I liked Aunt Mamie and her left earlobe predictions. And your weaving in of the scripture was pretty seamless and well done. Great work!
Ruth Anne!! What a beautiful, hope-filled, lovely story. Thank you for sharing. I loved the tone, the setting, the way Violet’s memories are sprinkled throughout her current experience and how she tackles the world. Really fabulous work. Congrats!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this story! (Thanks for being our Guinea pig, Ruth Anne 😂😜). The writing was wonderful, the setting was beautiful, and the characters were so engaging and fun! I want to read a whole series on them!
